Q1: I’m a freelancer on Upwork/Fiverr. Do I need to pay tax in Pakistan?

🟢 Yes. If your income crosses the taxable limit (Rs. 600,000 for individuals), you must file a return — even if tax is not payable.

Q2: Can Overseas Pakistanis file taxes from abroad?

🟢 Absolutely. You can file online from any country using your CNIC and FBR login. We also provide complete remote assistance.

Q3: Is property gifted by blood relatives taxable?

🟢 No. If it’s gifted via registered deed by a parent, sibling, or child — and properly documented — there is no capital gain tax.

Q4: How long does it take to register NTN?

🟢 Normally within 1 business day. We offer full NTN registration services for salaried, freelancers, and businesses.

Q5: Can I get a refund of tax deducted from my bank or salary?

🟢 Yes. If you’re a filer and extra tax was deducted, we can apply for your refund through FBR — after filing your return.
